QMJHL Roundup: Fitzpatrick, Titan blank Armada in Game 2 to even series

BOISBRIAND, Que. – Evan Fitzpatrick stopped 27 shots as the Acadie-Bathurst Titan shut out the Blainville-Boisbriand Armada 4-0 on Saturday to even their Quebec Major Junior Hockey League championship series at a game apiece.

Antoine Morand scored twice for the Titan, who rebounded from dropping the first game of the series Friday night.

Noah Dobson and Ethan Crossman also scored.

Emile Samson made 17 saves for Blainville-Boisbriand.

Acadie-Bathurst hosts Game 3 on Tuesday.

The winner of the best-of-seven series will claim the President Cup as league champions and advance to the Memorial Cup.
