TORONTO — Kingston Frontenacs player Conor Stokes has been suspended 10 games for an elbow to the head of Mississauga’s Brett Foy.
The Ontario Hockey League announced the decision on Monday.
The incident happend 5:37 into the second period of Friday’s game between the Frontenacs and the Majors.
Stokes received a five minute major and game misconduct.
The hit left Foy motionless before being helped to the dressing room.
