Super skilled but often in hot water, Josh Ho-Sang has been traded by the Windsor Spitfires.
The 28th pick of the 2014 NHL Entry Draft will now ply his trade for the offence-starved Niagara IceDogs.
In exchange, the Spitfires receive six-foot-three, 200-lb., 17-year-old centre Hayden McCool and second-round picks in 2016, ’17 and ’19.
After starting the season on a six-game suspension, Ho-Sang led the Spitfires with 19 points in 11 games before Friday’s trade.
Ho-Sang joined his new teammates in the second period of Friday night’s game against the Erie Otters mere hours after the deal, notching his first point as an IceDog with an assist on Zach Wilkie’s game-winning goal.
