The Colorado Avalanche have signed restricted free agent Vladislav Kamenev to a one-year contract.
Terms of the deal were not released.
Kamenev, 22, had five points in 23 games last season. He suffered a season-ending shoulder injury on Dec. 8 against the Tampa Bay Lightning.
Originally a second-round pick by the Predators in 2014, he was acquired by the Avalanche in the three-team trade that saw Matt Duchene go to the Ottawa Senators and Kyle Turris to the Preds.
