The Belleville Senators officially unveiled the uniforms the team will be sporting for their upcoming inaugural season Saturday and, if you’re a fan of their NHL parent club’s sweaters you’ll be very pleased with these ones.

The new Ottawa Senators AHL affiliate, who will begin play this coming season, decided to go with the same colour scheme as their major-league club and are using similar lettering, as well.

As a nice added touch, the big “B” on emblazoned on the centre of the jerseys is also made in the same style as the “O” that you see on the Ottawa uniforms’ shoulder areas.

Belleville, Ont., was announced as the new AHL affiliate home of the Senators back in September 2016. The team’s first regular-season game is scheduled for Oct. 6 against the Laval Rocket. The club’s first home game will be on Nov. 1 vs. the Syracuse Crunch.
