Columbus Blue Jackets forwards Cam Atkinson and Nathan Gerbe have been ruled unfit to play and will not participate in Game 2 against the Tampa Bay Lightning, the team announced.

Devin Shore and Emil Bemstrom will play in their place.

Atkinson logged 39:49 of ice time on Tuesday versus the Lightning, finishing with no points and no shots on net. In 44 regular-season games with Columbus, he scored 12 goals and added 14 assists.

Gerbe has skated in two games with Columbus during the post-season, including logging 17:23 of ice time in the team’s quintuple overtime marathon on Tuesday. He had four goals and 10 points in 30 games during the regular season.
