Blue Jackets re-assign Liam Foudy to OHL Knights after NHL debut

The Columbus Blue Jackets have re-assigned forward Liam Foudy back to the OHL’s London Knights, the team announced on Monday.

Foudy was recalled on an emergency basis and made his NHL debut Monday against the Tampa Bay Lightning playing 10:23 and finishing with two shots on goal.

The Blue Jackets’ 18th overall pick from the 2018 NHL Draft has 20 goals and 43 points in 32 games with the Knights this season.

The Scarborough, Ont., native also won a gold medal with Canada at the world juniors, scoring three goals and four points in seven games.
