Blue Jackets sign Cameron Gaunce to two-year, two-way deal

Philadelphia Flyers defenceman Brandon Manning tried to get his team fired up with a spirited bout vs Pittsburgh Penguins d-man Cameron Gaunce.

The Columbus Blue Jackets have signed defenceman Cameron Gaunce to a two-year, two-way deal.

Gaunce, 27, has played in 32 career NHL games with the Pittsburgh Penguins, Dallas Stars and Colorado Avalanche. He has registered two goals and three assists during that time.

He also tallied two goals and 11 assists in 49 AHL games with the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins, in addition to a plus-15 rating.
