Blues sign forward Soshnikov to one-year contract

The St. Louis Blues signed forward Nikita Soshnikov to a one-year contract, the team announced on Sunday.

The 24-year-old appeared in 12 games for the Blues during last season and scored one goal and one assist after the team acquired him via trade from the Toronto Maple Leafs in February.

Soshnikov has played in 82 regular season games in his NHL career and has recorded eight goals and eight assists.
