Jake Allen also gets the start in net for the Blues after Jordan Binnington gave up five and four goals in Games 1 and 2, respectively. In his lone post-season start for St. Louis, Allen stopped 37-of-38 shots in the Blues’ 2-1 round-robin loss to the Dallas Stars. Binnington has a 4.27 goals-against average and .862 save percentage in four playoff starts for the Blues.

Tarasenko, a three-time all-star, had two shots in 21:41 during Game 2 against Vancouver. He’s pointless in four post-season games.

Steen, meanwhile, played just 8:59 in Game 2 as he made his return from an undisclosed injury that forced him to miss Game 1 versus the Canucks. He’s yet to put up a point in the playoffs.
