Boston Bruins star David Pastrnak will miss his second consecutive game Saturday when his team takes on the Carolina Hurricanes in Game 3 of their first-round playoff series.

Pastrnak missed Game 2 after being ruled “unfit to participate.” He played nearly 25 minutes in Boston’s Game 1 victory over Carolina, scoring a goal and picking up an assist.

The Hurricanes, meanwhile, are going back to Petr Mrazek between the pipes after James Reimer picked up the win in Game 2 on Thursday with a 33-save performance.

Mrazek started Wednesday’s Game 1, stopping 36 of 40 Bruins shots on target in a 4-3 double-overtime loss.

Jaroslav Halak will get the start in Boston’s net after Tuukka Rask announced Saturday that he would be opting out of the NHL’s return to play.
