Canadiens agree to two-year deal with defenceman Mike Reilly

The Montreal Canadiens and defenceman Mike Reilly have agreed to a two-year, $3-million contract.

Reilly will carry an annual cap hit of $1.5 million.

The 25-year-old had three goals and eight assists in 57 games last season for the Canadiens, who acquired him from the Minnesota Wild at the 2018 trade deadline.

Between Montreal and Minnesota, the six-foot-one, 195-pound blue-liner has played 160 career NHL games and accumulated 37 points.
