The Montreal Canadiens and Boston Bruins will play a pre-season game on Oct. 4, 2016 in Quebec City’s new arena, the Centre Videotron, the Canadiens announced Tuesday.

This will be the seventh time Montreal has played a pre-season game in Quebec City, according to the release.

The Centre Videotron opened its doors in Sept. 2015 and is the venue that a potential Quebec ownership group would hope to use for a future NHL club.
