Vancouver Canucks super-rookie Brock Boeser has been named MVP of the NHL All-Star game.
Boeser, 20, had two goals and an assist as to lead the Pacific Division All-Stars to the title. He will take home a car for being named MVP.
Boeser also won the shooting accuracy contest in Saturday’s skills competition.
Boeser is one of the Calder Trophy front-runners for rookie of the year. He leads all rookies with 24 goals and is second to the New York Islanders‘ Mathew Barzal in points with 43.
