Giroux plays beer pong wearing two casts

The current scoring leader of the 2012 NHL playoffs is no longer actively playing hockey. He is, however, actively playing. Beer pong, that is.

According to a report from crossingbroad.com, a site that chronicled the Philadelphia Flyers forward’s weekend of partying, Giroux played beer pong (well) on Sunday and Saturday. We know this because the woman he beat tweeted out a photo (below).

Giroux had surgery on his right wrist to repair torn cartilage and surgery on left wrist to remove bone spurs. He needs six weeks of recovery time.

Although his Flyers were eliminated in the conference semifinals, Giroux still leads the NHL postseason scoring race in points (17), goals (8) and assists (9).
