The Arizona Coyotes have acquired forward Adam Helewka from the San Jose Sharks in exchange for defenceman Kyle Wood.
The 22-year-old Helewka had nine goals and 29 assists in 63 games last season for the San Jose Barracuda in the AHL.
Wood, also 22, had three goals and 16 assists in 49 games last season for the Tucson Roadrunners in the AHL.
