The Arizona Coyotes have claimed goaltender Eric Comrie off waivers from the Winnipeg Jets, according to Sportsnet’s Elliotte Friedman.

Comrie, 24, recorded a .917 save percentage and 2.69 goals-against average with the Jets’ AHL affiliate, the Manitoba Moose, last season. He also made one start for Winnipeg, giving up five goals on 28 shots.

The six-foot-one, 175-pound netminder was selected by the Jets with a second-round pick (59th overall) in the 2013 NHL Draft.

Winnipeg, in turn, claimed defender Carl Dahlstrom off waivers from the Chicago Blackhawks. The 24-year-old Swede spent 38 games with the Blackhawks last season, along with 22 games at the AHL level.
