Coyotes sign forward Michael Chaput to two-way contract

The Arizona Coyotes have signed forward Michael Chaput to a one-year, two-way contract. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Chaput, 27, had 29 points in 47 games as the captain of the AHL’s Tuscon Roadrunners this season.

He has 22 points in 169 career NHL games with the Coyotes, Montreal Canadiens, Vancouver Canucks and Columbus Blue Jackets. He also has 259 points in 388 career AHL games.
