The Anaheim Ducks appear to have lost goaltender John Gibson to an injury.

Gibson was involved in a second-period collision with Colorado Avalanche forward Gabriel Landeskog on Sunday.

Landeskog was shoved by Ducks centre Ryan Kesler towards the Anaheim goal, though the Avalanche captain didn’t make much of an effort to avoid Gibson.

The 24-year-old was able to finish the period however, but did not come out for the third period.
