Ducks’ Ryan Getzlaf fined $2,500 for roughing vs. Kings

Anaheim Ducks centre Ryan Getzlaf has been fined $2,500 for roughing committed against Los Angeles Kings‘ centre Adrian Kempe, the league announced.

At the 19:12 mark of the third period during the teams’ game on April 5, Getzlaf struck Kempe with a questionable punch.

Both Getzlaf and Kempe, along with the Ducks’ Nick Ritchie and Kings’ Kyle Clifford, were assessed 10 minute misconducts following the incident.

Getzlaf recorded 14 goals and 34 assists in 67 games this season.
