Anaheim Ducks forward Ryan Kesler will make his season debut Wednesday against the Vegas Golden Knights.
Kesler had been sidelined as he recovered from off-season hip surgery. The surgery was performed in June to remove bone fragments from his hip.
The 33-year-old scored 22 goals to go along with 36 assists last year for Anaheim, adding one goal and seven assists during the Ducks’ playoff run.
Anaheim currently sits fourth in the Pacific Division but occupies the Western Conference’s second wild-card spot with 40 points.
