Ducks sign defenceman Jaycob Megna to two-year deal

The Anaheim Ducks have signed defenceman Jaycob Megna to a two-year contract, the team announced Thursday.

Megna played 62 games with the AHL’s San Diego Gulls this past season scoring five goals and adding 22 assists.

The 24-year-old made his NHL debut on April 6, 2017 against the Chicago Blackhawks.

He was set to become a restricted free agent on July 1.
