Goaltender Chad Johnson signs 1-year deal with Blues

The St. Louis Blues have signed goaltender Chad Johnson to a one-year contract.

The contract is valued at $1.75 million.

Johnson, 32, spent the last season with the Buffalo Sabres were he posted a 10-16-3 record, to go with a 3.55 goals-against average and .891 save-percentage.

Johnson has also played with the Rangers, Coyotes, Bruins, Islanders and Flames over his eight-year NHL career.
