The Vegas Golden Knights have claimed forward Valentin Zykov off of waivers from the Edmonton Oilers.

This’ll be the second time this season that the Russian has been claimed off waivers, with the Oilers picking him up from Carlolina off the wire back in November.

Zykov led the AHL with 33 goals last season, and finished with 54 points in 63 games.

The 23-year-old was drafted by the Los Angeles Kings 37th overall in 2013.

He has three assists in 18 NHL games this season.
