Golden Knights sign Brooks Macek to 1-year deal

The Vegas Golden Knights have signed forward Brooks Macek to a one-year contract.

Macek has spent the past five seasons playing in Germany, most recently with EHC Munich.

The 26-year-old had 26 goals and 44 points in 50 games in 2017-18.

The Winnipeg-born forward represented Germany at February’s Olympics, winning a silver medal.
