Golden Knights sign defenceman Brett Lernout to one-year contract

The Vegas Golden Knights have signed defenceman Brett Lernout to a one-year contract worth an average annual value of $700,000.

Learnout, 23, appeared in 74 games with the AHL’s Laval Rockets during the 2018-19 season, scoring four goals and adding five assists.
