It happens to the best of us.
You’ve had a beverage or two at the hockey game and you just can’t sit there any longer. There’s still 12 minutes left in the period, but you’re dealing with a five alarm situation. You definitely can’t wait until the buzzer, and you may not be able to wait even until the next whistle. Should you get up from your seat and rush to the washroom, even while play is going on?
Not according to this funny Public Service Announcement from the Chicago Blackhawks, and a very serious Jonathan Toews. It isn’t funny. It’s selfish, and wrong.
So the next time you are on the verge of wetting yourself, stop and think. Do I really want to get up and obstruct the view of others just because I can’t hold it in? What would Toews think?
Well done Blackhawks. The more you know.
