Hornqvist, Rust, Schultz will not play Game 4 for Penguins

Nick Kypreos on HC @ Noon to discuss Pittsburgh’s lack of offence, between having nobody to play with Sidney Crosby, and nothing generated from your 3rd or 4th lines, wondering how they got this far.

The injury bug continues to bite the Pittsburgh Penguins.

After missing Patric Hornqvist, Bryan Rust and Justin Schultz for Game 3 of the Eastern Conference final against the Ottawa Senators, the Penguins will again be without the trio in Game 4

Head coach Mike Sullivan also noted the team will not dress Tom Kuhnhackl, which opens the possibility the team will dress seven defencemen Friday night as they did in Game 3.

Schultz and Rust both left Game 2 with upper-body injuries and continue to be listed as day-to-day.

Hornqvist was injured in Game 1 of the East Final.
