Sbisa, 28, appeared in 30 games last season with the Vegas Golden Knights, missing time at multiple points throughout the year with injuries. In those 30 games he had two goals and 14 points.
Sbisa also appeared in 12 playoff games with the Golden Knights, adding four assists on their run to the Stanley Cup Final.
Originally a first-round pick by the Philadelphia Flyers in 2008, Sbisa has skated in 495 career games with the Flyers, Anaheim Ducks, Vancouver Canucks and Golden Knights.
