Islanders sign goaltender Jakub Skarek to entry-level deal

The New York Islanders have signed goaltender Jakub Skarek to a three-year, entry-level contract.

Skarek had a .913 save percentage in 21 games with HC Dukla Jihlava of the Czech Republic’s top league.

The 18-year-old was taken in the third round (72nd overall) of the 2018 NHL Draft.
