VANCOUVER — Former NHL superstar Jaromir Jagr confirmed Friday that his contract with Omsk Avangard of the Kontinental Hockey League expires after this season, and that he would be free to return to North America next fall.
And given the way Jagr has played through two games of the Olympic tournament, you can bet that tongues are wagging in the offices of NHL general managers.
