Jets’ Jacob Trouba to have hearing over hit on Stone

Jacob Trouba nails Mark Stone with a hit to the head.

Winnipeg Jets defenceman Jacob Trouba will have a hearing with the NHL’s department of player safety on Monday for his high hit on Ottawa’s Mark Stone.

Trouba caught Stone with a hit to the head in the third period of Winnipeg’s win on Sunday.

He was given a two-minute minor.
