Jets sign forward Buddy Robinson to one-year, two-way deal

The Winnipeg Jets have signed forward Buddy Robinson to a one-year, two-way contract with an average annual value of $650,000.

The 25-year-old split this past season between the Ottawa Senators and San Jose Sharks organizations, playing four games for the Sens and 33 with the AHL’s Binghamton Senators before being traded to the Sharks on Jan. 24. The Bellmawr, N.J., tallied 19 points in 33 games with AHL’s San Jose Barracuda after being dealt, adding nine points in 15 playoff games.
