Defenceman Jordan Subban was re-assigned from the Vancouver Canucks to the AHL’s Utica Comets, the team announced Thursday.
The 21-year-old did not see action in an NHL game during his first call-up to the Canucks.
Subban has appeared in 34 games for the Comets this season, scoring nine goals and 22 points which lead all defencemen on the AHL club.
The fourth round pick from 2013 was selected to represent the Comets at the 2017 AHL All-Star Classic to be played Jan. 29-30.
