The Los Angeles-New York rivalry during the Stanley Cup Final just took another turn as the Kings having taken on the Rangers’ own turf.
A “Go Kings Go” billboard and a giant video featuring comedian Will Ferrell yelling his support for the team were put up near 33rd and 7th Avenue in Manhattan right near Madison Square Garden, the home of the Rangers.
Kings blogger The Royal Half posted the stunt on Instagram. The Ferrell video was originally used during the Kings’ 2012 Stanley Cup run.
