The Los Angeles Kings have agreed to terms with forward Martin Frk on a one-year, two-way contract, the team announced Monday.

The deal is worth $700,000 at the NHL level.

Frk spent 2018-19 with the Detroit Red Wings, skating in 30 games with the club and registering a goal and six points. The 25-year-old made his NHL debut in 2016-17 with Carolina but only played two games with the Hurricanes. In 100 career NHL games, mostly with the Red Wings, Frk has tallied 12 goals and 31 points.
