Rogers Sportsnet will broadcast the first of the Toronto Maple Leafs’ nine pre-season games this season.
The Leafs will open their exhibition season Sept. 22 against the Buffalo Sabres at the Air Canada Centre, a game for which the Leafs have made all tickets available for free.
It will be a busy pre-season schedule for the team as it plays nine games in 14 days, finishing up Sunday, Oct. 5 at the ACC against the Columbus Blue Jackets.
Highlights include a visit by Stanley Cup champions Detroit Red Wings and finalist Pittsburgh Penguins.

Wednesday, Sept. 24: at Pittsburgh, 7:30 p.m.
Friday, Sept. 26: vs Pittsburgh, 7:30 p.m.
Saturday, Sept. 27: at Buffalo, 7 p.m.
