Lightning acquire goalie Domingue from Coyotes for Leighton, McGinn

The Tampa Bay Lightning have acquired goaltender Louis Domingue from the Arizona Coyotes in exchange for goaltender Michael Leighton and forward Tye McGinn.

Dominque, 25, was placed on waivers by the Coyotes after posting a 4.33 goals-against average and .856 save percentage in seven games. He’s played 84 career games for the Coyotes over four seasons.

Leighton, 36, and McGinn, 27, have both spent the 2017-18 season with the AHL’s Syracuse Crunch. Leighton has 3.03 goals-against average and .868 save percentage in nine appearances. McGinn has two goals and five points in 11 games.
