Lightning’s Ben Bishop leaves game with lower-body injury

Ben Bishop appears to injure something in his leg when he goes down to make a pad save.

Tampa Bay Lightning goaltender Ben Bishop left the game Tuesday with an apparent injury.

Andrei Vasilevskiy replaced him in net.

Update: Bishop will not return to the game.

Bishop has not been his best this season, sporting a record of 9-10-2 with a 2.82 goals-against average and a .906 save percentage. Vasilevskiy, meanwhile, has a superior 2.49 goals-against and a .921 save percentage.
