Ondrej Palat left Tampa Bay’s game on Tuesday against the Montreal Canadiens with a lower-body injury.
The 23-year-old Lightning forward was hurt after blocking a shot in the second period and did not return for the third.
The Czech Republic native has 15 goals, 37 assists, and a plus-28 rating in 63 games this season.
