Maple Leafs activate Zach Hyman from injured reserve

Toronto Maple Leafs forward Zach Hyman was activated from injured reserve Thursday.

Out of the lineup since Dec. 8 with an ankle injury, Hyman will make his return when the Maple Leafs take on the New Jersey Devils Thursday evening at Prudential Center.

In 32 games played with Toronto this season, the 26-year-old has tallied seven goals and 15 points.
