Maple Leafs place centre Nick Shore on waivers

The Toronto Maple Leafs have placed centre Nick Shore on waivers, according to Sportsnet’s Chris Johnston.

The 27-year-old has two goals and an assist in 21 games for the Leafs this season.

Shore has collected 56 points over the course of 257 games, with stints also with the Calgary Flames, the Ottawa Senators and the Los Angeles Kings.
