It looks like Matt Duchene‘s family will have to find a new Christmas tradition this year.
On the weekend, Canadian crooner (and famous Canucks fan) Michael Buble reportedly told a concert in Columbus that Duchene, Artemi Panarin and Sergei Bobrovsky were “idiots for leaving” the Blue Jackets in free agency.
In response, Duchene tweeted at Buble saying “does this mean my family and I should find a new Christmas album to listen to this year?”
.@MichaelBuble does this mean my family and I should find a new Christmas album to listen to this year?! #nohardfeelings

Duchene, a well known musician himself, signed on in Music City with the Nashville Predators on July 1, while Panarin took his talents to the Big Apple and Bobrovsky moved down to Florida.
We’re sure Duchene will have no problem finding other music to listen to in Nashville.
