According to Newsday’s Arthur Staple, Grabovski passed a concussion test Thursday night, but woke up Friday feeling the effects of the hit.

Grabovski is out indefinitely and won’t be reevaluated until early next week.

The Islanders visit the Pittsburgh Penguins Saturday. Grabovski did not travel with the team.
