Morgan Rielly has established himself as a top defenceman for the Toronto Maple Leafs in recent years, but has struggled this season, especially during the team’s recent rough patch.
Rielly has recorded just five points with a minus-17 rating since Jan. 1. However, the 22-year-old did suffer a lower body injury on Jan. 17, which forced him to miss six games and has most certainly affected his recent form on the ice.
