The Vancouver Canucks have announced their schedule for the 2019-20 NHL season.

The Canucks open the season on Oct. 2 on the road in Edmonton. After another road game in Calgary, the Canucks return home on Oct. 9 to host the L.A. Kings.

Other key dates for the Canucks include the Sedin Celebration Week, a stretch of three home games that includes retiring Daniel and Henrik Sedin’s numbers on Feb. 12 against the Chciago Blackhawks.

The first potential NHL game between Canucks defenceman Quinn Hughes and his brother Jack, who was taken first overall by the New Jersey Devils at the NHL Draft, will take place in New Jersey on Oct. 19.
