The NHL remains COVID-19 free inside its Edmonton and Toronto bubbles.

Three weeks after moving into the two cities, the NHL again received no positive COVID-19 results following 5,640 tests administered in the past seven days of Phase 4 of its return-to-play protocol.

Testing is administered daily to all teams’ 52-member travelling parties and since 24 teams arrived in the hubs on July 26, there have been zero positive tests recorded in the bubbles.

The first round of the NHL playoffs continues Monday with four games.
