Edmonton Oilers defenceman Adam Larsson has been ruled unfit to play and will not dress against the Chicago Blackhawks tonight, the team announced.

Caleb Jones will suit up in his place.

Larsson appeared in Edmonton’s first two Qualifier Series games against Chicago, going point-less in both. In 49 regular season appearances, the 27-year-old scored one goal and added six assists.

Jones will be making his Qualifiers debut for the Oilers after scoring four goals and five assists in 43 regular season contests for the team.

Edmonton and Chicago are tied 1-1 in their best-of-five series.
