Oilers’ Sheahan leaves game after hit by Blue Jackets’ Dubois

Riley Sheahan left the game after taking a huge hit against the boards from Pierre-Luc Dubois.

Edmonton Oilers forward Riley Sheahan will not return tho Wednesday’s game against the Columbus Blue Jackets following a hit by Pierre-Luc Dubois.

The hit occurred late in the first period when Dubois hit Sheahan into the boards and was forced to leave the game.

In 11 games this season, the 27-year-old does not have a point while averaging 12:03 TOI.
