Flames recall Oliver Kylington, Ryan Lomberg from Stockton Heat

The Calgary Flames announced Friday the team has recalled defenceman Oliver Kylington and forward Ryan Lomberg from the Stockton Heat of the American Hockey League.

Forward Michael Frolik (lower body) and defenceman Michael Stone (blood clot) have been placed on Injured Reserve.

Kylington, a 21-year-old defenceman, is in his fourth pro season with the Stockton Heat. He is currently tied for the team lead in points with seven goals and seven assists in 18 games.

He made his NHL debut during the 2015-16 season on April 9 in Minnesota, becoming just the eighth player in Flames history to debut at the age of 18.

Lomberg, a 23-year-old winger, is also in his fourth pro season with the Stockton Heat. He has a pair of goals along with four assists for six point in 18 games this season.

Lomberg had a seven game stint with the Flames last season picking up his first NHL point with an assist.
